     Added flex and the named and nslookup programs.
     The former required update to patches.tgz and a new flex.tgz.
     The latter required revising tcpip.tgz and a new netsrc2m.tgz.
     Updated README files to allow for new packages.
     Created manunform.tgz to distribute unformatted man pages.
